Programs & Awards

DAFGI supports educational activities, current research, practicing artists, and public art projects. In our first few months, we launched an Emerging Artists Award, which drew almost 500 applications, hosted a writing workshop for aspiring art historians and critics, and sponsored a public art project with Blog. The response to our efforts has been encouraging and we seek to generate enough funds to create more art education programs to cultivate public participation.
